   cleared the first hurdle

   7月は3つの山があり、今日一つクリアしました。300人位が入るホールでプレゼンで、マイクなしで地声で頑張りました。夜はヨガレッスンでも声を張ったので、喉が少し枯れ気味。北海道でいうと、今日はアンヌプリを登った感じです。次は羊蹄山、最後は旭岳…
